The Power of a Creative Collective (And Why You Should Join One)

It's been a while since I went live in The Female DIY Musician Tribe, but after three weeks, I'm back!

This time I was talking all about the power of a creative collective for your musical craft and career and why you should join one, or even start your very own and you can watch the reply right here.

Not sure what a creative collective is? Well it's highly likely you're already part of one. This could be in the form of a band, creative course, a group of friends who regularly meet up to discuss their music and careers or even a group of muso's who meet regularly together outside of their work or social life.

You could also not be part of any in-person collectives, but actually be a founding or central member of an online collective, such as a facebook group (a-hem The Female DIY Musician Tribe) or an online group coaching programme (a-hem Music Goals).

Whatever the set up, most of us in some way are part of a creative collective.

But perhaps even so, you still don't feel as supported as you'd like? or maybe even after reading the above, you're still racking your brains to find one that you already part of?

You may already be in one, but not quite realise why engaging more could be beneficial as well?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, it's time you hit play on my video my friend because inside I go through the top three, career changing, benefits being part of a creative collective will bring to your music and also, crucially, where to find that group of like-minded individuals to reap those rewards.

Music can be a lonely world and I want you as a woman in music to feel as empowered, supported and confident as possible. So dive into this week's training to get the whole scoop!
